Fortun Foods has added a line of fresh concentrated soups to its portfolio. The chef-developed recipes
of Fortun’s concentrated soups boast high-quality standards while providing time-saving solutions for
customers, coupling flavor with convenience.
Created with sautéed vegetables and Fortun’s homemade stocks, the soups contain no artificial
additives, MSGs, trans-fat or preservatives, and some options are gluten-free.
Available in 64-ounce foodservice bags, the new concentrated soups are currently offered in 16 flavors,
including Lobster Bisque with Cognac, New England Clam Chowder with Razor and Ocean Clams,
Turkey with Wild Rice and Madeira Wine and Lentil, and Sweet Sausage with Spinach.
