Prime Rib of Pork
Ingredients
Pork Marinade
18 oz. Soy
4.5 oz. Honey
4.5 oz. Sugar
3 oz. Chopped garlic
3.0 oz. Sesame seed oil
Method
Combined ingredient together.
Marinade pork chops one hour before grilling.
3 Cheese Polenta
1 cup of instant polenta
3 cups of chicken stock or water
1 cup of cream
2 oz. fontina
2 oz. mascarpone
2 oz. parmesan
salt, white pepper to taste
Method
Combine liquids into a sauce pan.
Bring liquid to a boil and simmer.
Slowly whisk in polenta till soft and creamy.
Then add the cheeses, whisk till smooth.
Sauteed Spinach
1 oz. butter
1 oz. chopped shallots
3 oz. cleaned spinach
pinch of salt, pepper
Method
Combine all ingredient into large sauté pan.
Cook on med heat till spinach is completely wilted.
Fortun Finishing Touch Sauce
2 bag of the 4 peppercorn sauce
Bring to a boil and ready to serve
Method
Spoon the warm polenta onto a large bowl.
Place warm spinach on to top of the polenta.
Then the grilled pork chop on top of the spinach.
Pour the Fortun 4 peppercorn sauce right over the top.
Serves 4 - 6
