Pan Seared Salmon w/ Lemon Dill Caper & White Wine Sauce
Ingredients
8 oz. Fortun Finishing Touch Sauce – LEMON DILL
CAPER & WHITE WINE
4 pieces Salmon (6 oz. portion)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
To taste Salt & Black Pepper
Method
Place sauté pan over medium high heat. Season each side of salmon with salt and black pepper. Once pan is hot add olive oil, place salmon in pan to cook, turn over for even cooking on both sides. Cook until desired temperature is reached. Remove from pan, place on holding plate and allow salmon to rest 2–3 minutes. Place LEMON DILL CAPER & WHITE WINE in pan to heat, bring to a quick simmer (Do Not Boil). Pour sauce over salmon.
Side dish suggestions: Buttered Snap Peas, Mashed Potatoes
Fortun Finishing Touch Sauces can be heated in the microwave if desired.
