Sauteed Pork Loin Chops with Santa Fe Verde
Ingredients
8 oz. Fortun Finishing Touch Sauce – SANTA FE VERDE
4 pieces Pork Loin Chop –6 oz.
1-1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
To taste Salt & Black Pepper (fresh ground)
Method
Place sauté pan over medium high heat. Season each side of pork loin chop with salt and black pepper. Once pan is hot add olive oil, place pork loin chop in pan to cook, turn over for even cooking on both sides. Cook until desired temperature is reached. Remove from pan, place on holding plate and allow meat to rest 2–3 minutes. Place SANTA FE VERDE in pan to heat, bring to a quick simmer (Do Not Boil). Pour sauce over meat. Enjoy!
