Veal Marsala Mushroom
Ingredients
8 oz. Fortun Finishing Touch Sauce – MARSALA & MUSHROOM
8 pieces Veal (2–3 oz. each, thinly pounded)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & black pepper to taste (fresh ground)
Method
Place pan over medium high heat. Add olive oil. Season veal then place it in the pan and brown both sides. Cook until desired temperature is reached. Remove meat from pan and place on serving plate. Allow meat to rest for a 2–3 minutes. Place MARSALA & MUSHROOM directly in hot pan and stir in remaining meat juices. Bring to a quick simmer (Do Not Boil). Pour sauce over meat. Enjoy!
Side dish suggestions: Grilled or Roasted Potatoes, Asparagus
Fortun Finishing Touch Sauces can be heated in the microwave if desired.
